Jonathon Katcher, Vice President

Jonathon A. Katcher is a partner in the Anchorage law firm Pope & Katcher and has been practicing law in Alaska since 1981. He is a graduate of the Northwestern School of Law – Lewis and Clark College, and the University of Michigan. He recently served as President of the Alaska Bar Association.

Terri’s legal background areas are in insurance defense, product liability, construction, environmental, real estate, employment and family law. Terri provides countless hours of pro-bono legal work in the community and as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for abused and neglected children in our state. Terri is also very involved with the Drug & Alcohol programs within the community and has volunteered countless hours in various hockey, school and community events.

Paula is the Clinic Administrator for Anchorage Women’s Clinic. She is responsible for making sure the clinic is operating smoothly and efficiently on a day-to-day basis as well as for planning their growth into the future. She is continuously involved in community functions and fundraising events both in her work and her personal time.

Roxanne Edelen, Board Member

Roxanne Edelen is proud to be called an Alaskan. She’s the youngest of 9 children and has lived her entire life here in South Anchorage. With her background in transportation/logistics, global supply chain management and human resources, she has established very close ties, both personally and professionally with many of the kids she grew up with.

Kathy Jolley, Board Member

Kathy Jolley moved to Anchorage, Alaska in 1977 from Louisville, Kentucky. Attended the University of Anchorage, Alaska and began working in the legal field in 1986. In 1990, attended the Lawyer’s Assistance Program at the University of San Diego and received certification as a Paralegal.
